Jalapeño BBQ Pimento Cheese

– 8 oz block cream cheese

– ½ cup shredded white cheddar

– ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar

– 4 oz jar pimentos diced

– ½ cup mayo

– 1 jalapeno seeded and minced

-  1 TBSP Full Boar BBQ Bonfire Sweet Heat Rub

 

Instructions:

- In a large bowl mix all ingredients well. For a little extra heat and a finished look top with a light sprinkle of Full Boar BBQ Bonfire Sweet Heat Rub. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week.

- This is a great topping for BBQ sandwiches, an amazing dip, or an exceptional filling for omelets!
